Custom-cut synthetic decking for yachts and boats in Cartagena. Improve wet-deck grip, underfoot comfort and the finished look of your vessel, with final scope confirmed after an onboard survey.
Foam decking is a high-density marine EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) surface bonded directly to the vessel. It gives owners and captains a comfortable, secure and refined deck without the regular care required by natural teak.
For Cartagena's tropical sun and saltwater environment, we use marine material intended for UV exposure. Its cushioned surface feels more comfortable underfoot than bare GRP or metal and is straightforward to clean with compatible products.

We install two professional systems. EVA foam is our most requested option for its comfort, grip and value.
High-density marine EVA with a cushioned, textured surface. Well suited to powerboats, recreational yachts and swim platforms.
High-density marine PVC with a teak-style appearance. A firmer option for yachts where a traditional teak look is the priority.

We clean and prepare the substrate for the specified marine bonding system.
We reinforce the adhesive backing and seal edges with 3M marine sealant.
The sheets have adhesive backing, which we reinforce before sealing the edges with 3M marine sealant. A one-year installation warranty applies only when expressly included in the approved written scope; that document defines its coverage and conditions.
The materials we use are UV-protected for marine exposure. Service life depends on use, sunlight, cleaning, substrate condition and installation. We explain care for the selected material during the survey.
Sometimes, but we generally recommend removing the old deck to support proper adhesion and avoid trapping moisture between layers.
Timing is confirmed after measuring the deck and reviewing cuts, curves, hatches, fittings and substrate condition. The schedule is included in the written quotation.
